About Us: At LA VAQUITA FLEA MARKET, we are on a mission to create a unique gathering place for families to enjoy a multicultural experience right in their own community. With over 500 vendors representing countries from around the world, our market offers 700+ selling spaces, featuring everything from new and used merchandise to seasonal vegetables and freshly made food.

Job Description: La Vaquita Flea Market is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Cleaning Supervisor. The successful candidate will lead a team of cleaning associates to ensure the efficient execution of interior, exterior, and food court cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 20 cleaning associates to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
Provide guidance for new team members as they begin their role with La Vaquita.
Assist leadership in developing and executing standard operating procedures.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections throughout the facility for cleanliness deficiencies.
Assist the Facilities Team in controlling cleaning supply and equipment inventory levels.

Requirements:

Previous experience supervising a cleaning team.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in inventory control.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
