Customer Service - Shopper & Vendor Support
At La Vaquita Flea Market, it’s our mission to provide a unique place for families to come together and enjoy a cultural experience right in their own backyard. We have over 500 vendors from countries all over the world. Our 700+ selling spaces include new and used merchandise, seasonal vegetables, freshly made food and so much more.
We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Customer Service person to join our amazing team!
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, what is outlined below.
- Shopper support and information
- Shopper problem-solving and conflict resolution (i.e., lost kids, location of products, parking issues)
- Work with security officers to resolve shopper disputes.
- Manage and qualify vendor leads and waiting list
- Manage the onboarding and move-in process
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Submit work order requests
- Ensure vendors are following policies
- Vendor management based on assignment
- Vendor rent collection.
- Vendor problem solving and conflict resolution includes issues with other vendors and shoppers.'
