About the Role:
La Vaquita Flea Market is looking for a driven, results-oriented Leasing & Sales Manager who can fill vendor spaces, sell advertising and sponsorships, and build strong relationships with customers and team members alike.
You’ll be the go-to person responsible for keeping our market full and our brand buzzing. That means managing leads in the CRM, locking in leases, and turning foot traffic into sales. You’ll collaborate across departments—from Marketing to Operations—to make sure everything stays aligned with our vision: a thriving, energetic marketplace with 99% occupancy.

We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), so if you're familiar with Rocks, Scorecards, and L10 Meetings, that’s a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Occupancy
Own all leasing activity—new vendors, space assignments, and vacancy turnaround
Maintain 99% occupancy by driving lead volume and improving close rate
Qualify leads, give tours, negotiate terms, and close the deal
Focus on vendor retention—build lasting relationships and ensure vendors are set up for success
Advertising & Sponsorship Sales
Sell on-site advertising (banners, booths, promos) and sponsorship packages
Identify and pitch local businesses on strategic partnership opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing to build assets, pitch decks, and campaigns
Track, report, and grow advertising revenue streams
CRM Management & Lead Pipeline
Manage all sales activity in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Ensure data integrity, proper lead tracking, and follow-up discipline
Report on sales activity weekly: leads, tours, closes, ad sales
Spot trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve performance
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development
Proven ability to hit targets and close deals
Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable leading tours and talking with all types of people
Familiar with CRM tools and sales process best practices
Exceptionally organized, self-managed, and follow-through driven
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Bonus: Experience in a company that uses EOS
